This photo was taken at Sweetwater Preserve in Tucson, AZ. A monsoon storm ripped through western Tucson in the evening and put on an incredible lightning show. The monsoon storms in the southwest usually present a spectacular array of lightning bolts illuminating the sky. Lightning is fairly hard to capture as it is difficult to get the correct lighting right at night.
